Horrible and Unsafe – Avoid This Hotel This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. The room was poorly maintained, with noticeable stains on the sheets, hallways cluttered with dirty dishes and linens, and an unpleasant odor. My companion had to use air freshener to make the environment more comfortable. I raised my concerns with the staff shortly after checking in, but they were dismissive and unresponsive. Their unwillingness to address the issues made the stay feel stressful and uncomfortable. The experience left me feeling uneasy, and I would strongly caution others against staying here. The hotel does not live up to the expectations set by its online representation and should be avoided, particularly by tourists looking for a safe and pleasant experience.

The staff were wonderful. Always attentive and ready to help. The area is crowded but you cannot do anything about that. Two wonderful restaurants just outside the hotel door. Also metro is real close.
