The staff especially the receptionist Lawrence was amazing so accommodating made my stay feel like I was home far away from home Exception CX, great listener and makes it so easy to maneuver the surroundings with great recommendations. First time at a hostel and I'm happy I choose Jabulani. Will definitely visit again🤌🏽💯 and recommend to my friends and fam. Location, cleanliness, Cultural experience, staff (esp Lawrence), CX - 10/10

Que está sucio las sábanas son viejas y sucias y el baño sucio los platos donde sirven la comida viejos y mal aspecto

Polite and efficient staff, comfortable bed and location..

Slightly overpriced. During my last day I forgot my jacket in the common area and was stolen from my zip pocket 100USD, which destroyed my impression for the place. Problematic and impractical CCTV..

Lawrence was super helpful. Big sized beds. Cool decoration and nice communal spaces. Breakfast was good.

The shower was either freezing or burning. If you arrive late it's better to get the self check in info way in advance.

Beds were big and very comfy with curtains and mozzy net. Basic breakfast but enough to set you up for the day. Great safe location near Sarit mall and mosque. Very popular so easy to meet lovely people.

Showers were cold with only a trickle of water and place in general looks tired. Could do with a refurb.
