Lovely time at the cottage

Great view from rooms and jacuzzi, beds were so comfy, kitchen was well equipped to cook for our stay. Nice and close to the sea.

Drive on single track road may not suit everyone

The location was excellent and it was lovely and peaceful. The hot tub was a hit with the kids.

There was no shower upstairs which was inconvenient for a party of six. The BBQ was more of a small fire pit and was not fit to cook for a party of six. Disappointed with this. The hanging baskets and plants were all dead, i think this could have been more appealing. The outside patio furniture was old and uncomfortable and only seated 4 people. I think some time and care on the outside of the property would make a huge difference to the overall impression.

Lovely quiet location and it had everything you needed for a weeks stay. We found the beds very comfortable and all slept well. Also, the jacuzzi was great and we all enjoyed relaxing in it after a long day walking!

The outside space was ok and had some chairs and a table - however I felt a bit more could have been done to make it a nicer place to sit, eat and relax. This is a bit random but there were cobwebs everywhere, inside and outside. I know this can't always be helped, but it made me feel that the place hadn't been cleaned or lived in recently.

Everything there that we needed. Dishwasher and washing machine tablets. Even ice in the freezer for Dad's whiskey.

The remote control for the TV was a bit challenging but my 5 year old Grandson managed to sort it for me.
