Overall, our stay was fine, and the location is excellent. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the female staff members, who were very welcoming. However, one unpleasant incident affected our experience. Due to the late hours and the fact that most nearby restaurants closed around 9–10 PM — and many served mainly seafood, which wasn’t suitable for my family — we decided to order food delivery and have dinner in the hotel lobby. We had previously asked for permission from a female staff member, and she kindly allowed it. When the food arrived and we had just started eating, a male staff member approached us. Instead of politely asking, he rudely told us to move further into the lobby, saying the smell was disturbing others. It was already 10:05 PM, and the table was set. His tone and behavior were quite disrespectful and left us feeling very uncomfortable. We had to repack and move everything, which was frustrating. Additionally, the room was quite dusty, which was another downside. Other than that, the rest of the staff were great, and we appreciated their kindness.

I liked the tile in the rooms and the space that we had in the room. We got the deluxe and it was great! The AC was cool and we were in control of the temperature, which is another plus here in Korea. The location of this hotel is GREAT and you can’t beat it for the price.

The breakfast was pretty sparse, I think the main protein offered was boiled eggs? I know we’re used to western style breakfasts, and this seemed more focused on savory things. With that said, though, 5,000krw is not bad for what was offered (cereal, a few warm items, toast).
