Appartement historique magnifique en plein cœur de Turin. Nous avons été très bien reçus par Giulia Bien équipé, literie confortable. Je recommande cet établissement pour un groupe de 6.

Pour la période estivale il faudrait une autre climatisation dans les chambres du haut.

WARNING: Deceptive Listing and Abusive Host – Avoid at All Costs. This was by far the worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had. What we booked was a three-bedroom apartment, clearly stated in the listing. What we got was one bedroom with a double bed and a mezzanine inside the same room with two single beds — no door, no privacy, definitely NOT a second bedroom. The third bedroom? Bedsheets were denied to us. When we asked for the bedsheets, the host told us that two of us (not a couple) were expected to share a bed — completely unacceptable and extremely uncomfortable. She refused to provide sheets for the third room unless we paid extra money, which felt like extortion. She clearly manipulated the situation to profit more, knowing we had no choice. We were mistreated, disrespected, and made to feel humiliated in a space where we should have felt safe. The host was aggressive, unhelpful, and even sent us messages refusing to come and help, claiming that she had made the apartment “suitable for 4 people” — based on her personal opinion, not the contract or listing. We have proof of this in writing. This experience was not only dishonest, it bordered on abuse. We were two mothers traveling with our two daughters to Turin to attend a concert — a special trip meant to be safe and comfortable for all of us. We deliberately rented a three-bedroom apartment so that each mother would have her own room, while our daughters could share the room with two single beds. Instead, the host refused to allow us access to the third bedroom and insisted that the only option was for my friend and I to share a double bed — which was absolutely not what we booked or agreed to. Booking.com should not allow listings like this or hosts who behave in such an unethical and coercive manner. Do NOT stay here. Avoid this property unless you want to be mistreated, lied to, and manipulated. This place is a complete scam.
