"A pretty hostel on top of a hill surrounded by more hills and trees almost as if its a dreamhouse"

The hostel itself was situated at a very serene place surrounded by pine trees and hills. The staff was very polite, friendly and hospitable. The bed was comfy and the room was clean as well. I would love to stay again at Utopia Dharamkot

The common washrooms could be a bit better. There were a few crane flies in the room which was kind of annoying. No direct connectivity to a main road, so one must climb an inclined pathway to reach the hostel

"Horrifying"

The staff - kitchen and cleaning crew were hospitable.

Food was below average. Stay was so bad that we had to move to another hotel the very next day. Bathrooms were not clean, there were insects all over the place, in the room as well. Only thick blankets were provided in summer. Would not recommend the hostel if you want to enjoy a pleasant stay.
