L'appartement est assez spacieux, la deuxième salle de bain est un plus agréable. La vue sur la marina est très belle et immeuble bien sécurisé.

C'est dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de fenêtres dans la chambre et salon donc on laisse tout fermé dès que le soleil se couche pour éviter les moustiques. Les fenêtres éventails ne ferment pas pour la plupart ce qui fait que les moustiques rentrent facilement. Il manque une clim dans le salon et les canapés sont pas confortable.
