"Spacious apartment in a quiet street, with a good price but some complaints"

The hosts are friendly, the neighborhood is quiet and pleasant.

Loud occasional noise and vibrations, probably coming from a pump or heating system. This noise woke us up every night and was very unpleasant. Noise from water pipes running through the bedroom wall. The walls of the apartment are damaged and need to be repaired, and the kitchen equipment needs to be renewed.
