"It was ok"

The front desk gentleman was super nice and made checkin easy.

The unit didn’t have enough kitchen utensils not even a K cup coffee maker. Sales people in lobby were too pushy!

Location

2 1/2 hr delay in check in. Who makes their guest wait until 6:30 after traveling. All the windows were falling off the hinges and one almost hit my daughter. Tv's are aged and small. None of the doors and windows locked besides the keypad one. They were all broke or holding on with one hinge. The toilet seats were loose and the jetted tub had particles coming out when turned on.
