Excellent location for shopping and socialising. Very clean and tidy apartment.

The towels provided were a little bit small.

Location was perfect and spacious size. I was easily able to get anywhere I needed on foot and I felt safe at night

We’re having some electrical problems but they kindly had staff inform me and show me how to deal with it

The MCB was tripping which took out the WiFi and then the WiFi took 15 minutes or longer to reconnect to the tv.

There was a problem with the electrical fuses - the electricity cut out periodically and the trip switch had to be switched on again; the electricity then worked again. This was a minor inconvenience but would need to be addressed for future guests. I found the TV somewhat tricky to get the hang of - loads of different streaming packages, but it was not so easy to just access normal TV channels for news etc.

The bed in particularly was very comfortable and the facilities were very good. Very clean and spacious

There is an issue with the electrics as it keeps on tripping out. This happens about 6-8 times a day. I was pre warned on arrival as previous people who stayed mentioned it. It does not trip when something is turned on it just goes off when we were sleeping or not in the property. This should be address as 6-8 times a day is too much in my view.

Excellent location and great facilities

The check in experience was a little odd as it felt like the receptionist didn't believe us and we had to show our confirmation email.
