朝食の種類の多さにはビックリ。うなぎがあるというのには、過去には無かったホテルです。また、部屋もシンプルで綺麗だと思いました。

チェッイン時に対応した社員は暗い。ホテル併設の駐車場のことを電話で聴いた時、全くもってわかりやすい説明が出来ていない。どのように行けば駐車場の窓口にたどり着けるのか？　広島が地元ではない、また交通量の多い市街地のホテルだから、こちらはアタフタしてしまう！！全ての社員がわかりやすく説明が出来るよう教育しておくべきだ。
