Point positif de cet hôtel ? Je ne sais plus, rien de spécial par contre les points négatifs, je les connais

La chambres sont petites , le personnel pour le petit déjeuner est horrible !! Surtout le vieux monsieur., les tables sont très petites, le petit déjeuner n’est pas exceptionnel. Le pire , nous avons réservé cet hôtel pour avoir un parking . Nous n’avons pas pu car la hauteur est limitée à 1.55m. Cette information n’est pas fournie dans les conditions de l’hôtel .

Lo único es que podías dejar tus maletas antes del check in.

Al hacer el check in, lo debes hacer solo, te pedían un código, que no sabíamos cual era y después preguntamos en recepción y recién ahí nos entregaron el número. Pedí pieza para no fumadores y me entregaron una con un olor terriblemente fuerte a cigarro, insoportable. La pieza tenía un hoyo en la pared y la cama era dura. Fuimos a solicitar un cambio de habitación, lo cual no pudieron realizar porque no había nada disponible (la chica muy amable), pero cuando decidimos hacer check out anticipadamente (por el olor a cigarro), nos atendió un señor de lo más desagradable, nos preguntó por qué y cuando le ibamos a explicar, nos hizo callar y nos dijo que aceptaba el check out. No lo recomiendo.

"Top Lage gleich bei Friedenspark"

Super Lage, Hotel liegt gleich direkt neben Friedenspark, sehr großes King Size-Bett, alles Notwendige eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und gut. Personal ist auch sehr bemüht und freundlich.

Teilweise sehr laute Belüftung, Klimaanlage bläst einen direkt an (wenn auch nur auf geringste Stufe eingestellt).

Nice location, clean, cheap.

There are more washing and drying machines inside the bathrooms on the 2nd floor. They don't tell you that, so I had to wait a long time for machines that are in the designated laundry area.
