Az apartman izlésesen berendezett, minden haztartasi eszközzel, ami a kényelmet biztosítja.

A hűtő hátsó vízelvezető csöve eldugulva, így a hűtő büdös volt, annak ellenére, hogy tiszta volt belülről a hűtő. Ez nagyon kellemetlen volt. Könnyedén javítható lenne, ha átmosnák a csövet.
