Liked the lay out of rooms, two bathrooms with option of shower or bath, spacious, hot tub was great. Staff helpful and fast response with items not in the lodge but able to borrow use of such as iron and hairdryer.

Wardrobes & drawers need a strong cleaning product as all had a strong dusty smell, no WiFi - not a big deal other than people away from kids not being able to contact greatly, no lock on downstairs bathroom.

When the fridge broke down the site staff were quick & helpful to sort this out.

Our lodge was a good size for our needs but could do with a bit more equipment for making it good for business users like ourselves. A dishwasher would be a good investment. A cafetiere or other device for real coffee. Wifi in the lodge itself due to the poor mobile signal. A lock on the shower room door.

Hot tub, spacious, well equipt, plenty of rooms, good price!

Some form of shelter for the hot tub would be a useful addition in rainy weather. Some of the beds weren’t very comfortable but lovely place! Will definitely come again!

The beds were very comfortable and it was a great location.

The property was tired and in need of some attention. Very stained and dirty carpet. Join between lounge and kitchen was worn and had sharp bits in it which my grandson cut his toe on. Coffee table leg was falling off and dangerous. Glasses and plates chipped and only 3 wine glasses. Hot tub area was very dirty. The property description is misleading regarding BBQ and seating area/garden

I loved the location, the communal area, the beds was comfortable and very clean.

The late check-in, but I understand I could pay for an earlier check-in

Beautiful location and lovely well equipped and comfortable lodge. perfect for our family get together. Have stayed at this park many times and in several different lodges, never had any issues with any of them. love it here

no WiFi but not an issue for us as enjoyed the peace and quiet

Amazing stay, clean lodge, big enough for 8 of us comfortably. lovely sight!

for an 8 birth, hot tub was slightly small for everyone to enjoy toghether

No hot water. No wi fi. Tv didn’t work.
