Staff was not very friendly nor professional. Anything was asked of. them seemed like a burden. When we were leaving they were in a rush to start cleaning

Living room space was good

We chose this place because of its high ratings, but our experience was far from satisfactory. We stayed on the 3rd floor, in the south extension, apartment 301, and found numerous issues. The apartment was filthy, with cigarette-burned sheets, brown toilets, falling apart kitchen and dusty towels. Worse, the plumbing wasn’t connected in the kitchen, so water from the sink drained directly onto the floor. It was clear the place hadn’t been serviced properly. This felt like a scam. I booked through Booking.com and paid at the property. During check-in, they informed us of an additional electricity usage fee, which was never mentioned during the booking process. I protested, stating I wouldn't stay if the fee wasn't waived. Eventually, the manager agreed not to charge us. The area is quite congested, which may be typical for Delhi, but the overall experience was dreadful. The worst part was that an hour after checking out, I received an email saying my review had been posted on Booking.com, claiming I rated the stay as exceptional—something I never did. This place is run by scammers. Avoid it at all costs!

Lovely stays nice and comfortable rooms and washrooms

overall it was a great stay experience, nice ambient of the property , much high standard and maintained very well , I must recommend this location and this property for everyone for family stay for having nice time.
