The position / location / view

The blinds fell down when we tried to open them. The bath leaked. There were wires and cables stuck to walls with tape. The traffic was hectic and made a noise throughout the night Parking for more than 1 car was problematic

Beds are terrible , wiring hanging from the ceiling , damp in shower

It would be great if the windows are sealed/insulated to attenuate the noise from moving cars and pedestrians.

The first night we slept in the apartment, we got robbed. Someone actually broke the locks and stole our stuff while we were inside the room sleeping!!!! There is zero security here so if you own a dog or a gun then stay in the apartment. We started off our holiday in the worst possible way. Also, the person managing it never replied on time and even showed up drunk on our door to ask us why we called.

Location close to sea, balcony and living room to chill

No electricity for hours (not only during loadshedding), a lot of noise (construction is on-going!)

Location was great. Promenade was right across the road. Lovely apartment and very well equipped. We would definitely stay here again.

Access to the gate to retrieve the key from the lock box wasn't working. We were instructed to message once there and they would buzz us in remotley but it wasn't working. The owner came within 5 minutes to let us in so all good. Parking is provided but a bit tricky. Parking is at the front of the building and very tight, we decided to park just outside the gate. You then have to walk around the side of the building to access the pedestrian gate and access into the flats. Not a complaint as such, just a bit tricky and coming back in the evening, someone may be concerned with having to Walk around after Parking. Our car was safe and we never felt too bothered by this but just wanted to let others know.
