Divine Sleep

The staff were very professional and welcoming. Even my complaints were met with understanding and a promise to try and resolve the issues. The wifi was good.

The facilities were absolutely appalling! Old moulded rooms with no ventilation whatsoever. I specifically booked at this establishment because they advertised aircons in the rooms. Upon questioning where the aircon is, I was told that no rooms had air conditioners and it was a mistake on the advertisement. Which they promised to rectify. The wooden floors were dirty, could not use all the cupboards because of dust on the shelves. The skylights (2 of them in one room) were covered in dust and is angled to ensure that the sun shines brightly in your face at 6am! The shower head needs urgent replacement and all the water from the shower ran over into the lounge and other bathroom. Paint over the windows, masking tape and plastic over the two tv screens. The couch and headboard of the bed needs a vacuum and we found half used toiletries in the bathroom. It felt like the base of the bed was broken because any movement on the bed was met with a cracking noise. It really was the most cluster phobic uncomfortable stay I ever experienced.

Cool and okay

The location of the accomodation was closer to forever resort &was affordable and the gentleman of reception (David)was friendly &helpful, i got stucked in the morning due to battery failure in my car but gone out his way to get me helped and that on its own it's superb

The fact that there wasn't complete tea stuff,i couldn't prepare my wife a cup of coffee in the morning cause there was no coffee and there was no milk as well
