Most things: 1. Rooms are inside a house...so noise from the corridor 2. Not suitable for long term stay...no bar fridge or microwave 3. Access in and out is a mission...you must call to be let in and out everytime you need to move 4. Pillows are rock hard...so if you have a weak neck take own pillow 5. TV position at ceiling height 😵😵
