"Nie wszystko było jak należy"

Rozmiar pokoju, wygodne łóżko, lokalizacja

Brak windy, niesprawny telewizor, skromne (brak masła !!!) śniadanie. Mimo że przy rezerwacji zaakceptowano moją prośbę o wcześniejsze zakwaterowanie, przyleciałem do Taszkentu o 8 rano ,musiałem czekać na wejście do pokoju aż do 13.30

Difficulté de communication avec le réceptionniste de l’hôtel. Possibilité de payer la chambre uniquement en cash ce qui n’est pas normal (ATM au sein de l’hôtel). J’ai été obligée de retirer de l’argent en payant des frais supplémentaires. J’avais réservé 1 lit double, on m’a donné une chambre avec 2 lits simples (qui n’est pas du tout confortable). J’ai trouvé le réceptionniste de l’hôtel un peu agressif durant les échanges Côté hygiène RAS, mais je ne réserverai plus dans cet établissement
