"Short and sweet and very enjoyable."

Very unique older building with character.

There were no lights in the shared stairwell. It was very dark at night and hard to get the keys in the keyhole. We were there two nights and the night time coming in could be a little creepy. Any dawn to dusk light in there would be safer.

This is a hidden treasure in the heart of Evansville. For the price, you could not beat it. The historical neighborhood is beautiful. We would definitely recommend it to friends and family.
