Peaceful Urban Residence

Location superb and supermarket 4 mins walk away.

No curtains in living room with sofa bed in it.

The location was perfect - 5/10 minutes walk to the town centre. The owners were very helpful and sent good instructions on collecting the keys and returning. Basic amenities were there (i.e. kettle, dishwasher, shower, TV, WIFI, some cups and plates, culterly etc). Coffee machine in the apartment but you need to buy your own pods.

Some instructions for the heating would have been helpful. The apartment had basic amenities, I think some additional extras would have been nice - for example, there were spare pillow but no cases. There was a coffee machine but no pods and no details on what coffee pods fit the machine. The apartment was tidy, but we felt it could have been cleaner. It is not as in the pictures, and needs some modernising. The carpet and sofa had some stains. Glasses in the cupboard were not cleaned. The drain in the bathroom has a terrible smell (damp smell), I think this is just from it being an old building, but it was not pleasant.

I don’t think the owner has heeded previous negative comments as the same plus more issues still exist. The washing machine was broken. Though the owner did arrange to do a load of washing elsewhere. The apartment did not have mountain views or a terrace as advertised. The remote for the tv not operating. There were three coffee pods for two people for three days. No tea bags. We had to ask for a tea towel as we were washing the dishes because there were only two dishwasher tablets for three days. No curtains in the lounge room which faces the street and other apartments. Therefore minimal privacy. The owner needs to check everything before guests arrive and not wait for us to ask.

Not much, only couldn't find pills for the washing mashine, everything else pretty much perfect

The apartment is exactly like the photo. Spacious and equipped with all we need during our stay. The check-in and check-out instructions are quite clear (although could be made easier with photo).

Bathroom and bedroom lighting have the same switch (so you need to light up the bedroom when you want to turn on the bathroom lights). The location is not very convenient as no public transportation around and the road is quite steep for bike.

APT is located in perfect location. Inside all neccessary things. Good for 2 adl. Not so comfortable for 4 person. Warm floor in the bathroom.

The lights are turning on in the bedroom and in the bath at once. Only one tea spoon for all persons. Narrow entrence for 4 pax near the doors. Parking slot not allowed neat APT.
