"Bad experience without any value for money"

The only good thing about Hotel Swagat was the location. Situated right at the heart of the town with easy access to the river Brahmaputra.

The staff behaviour was quite cold and unprofessional. Despite reminders, no services (TV maintenance) were provided. The rooms were extremely stuffy. Most importantly the menu for the complimentary breakfast was extremely limited and restricted also. The quality of hotel food was extremely bad and awful.
