Some more cleanliness is required, still it's good.

They showed us different rooms than what we choosed online. We have selected privately attached bathroom for each rooms. But what was given is a shared toilet for two rooms. That too without western commode.

Misguidance & harrassement for old aged visitors. We were assured of the stay but having reached there by hiring vehicle, we found that the rooms were different. As a result of which, we had to relocate and shift towards another hotel after long tiring train journey.

Cooler in summer, AC would have been better but with this prize I guess ok bcs breakfast also got in same price

A problem. We made the reservation because we were tired of the late train and decided to get off in a city earlier, exhausted. We chose it because it was close to the station. When we called to inform about our upcoming arrival, we were asked a lot of questions by the poor girl who helped us with the translation, including our age (??????) and finally we had our reservation denied due to a gender issue of the accommodation, being that my wife was already agreeing to sleep in a male dormitory. There was no counter-proposal, no attempt to reorganize, just a negative one, almost midnight.
