Owners not very nice.

The staff is always friendly and very accommodating. Check-in is quick.

I have no complaints

The staff was friendly and the room looked a lot nicer than expected. It was pretty clean too. However, the door locks may need maintenance, my husband had trouble getting our lock to click into place.

The furniture was pretty worn out, other than that, no issues.

It is very close to the Hamilton Municipal Airport, and I was here for a soaring event. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. I liked that the housekeeping was completed by mid morning. This was also an excellent value. I plan to stay here every time I come.

The washcloths are pretty scratchy and could use replacing, although the towels were fine. The pillows were firmer than I am used to but I still slept like a rock. No dealbreakers here.

Microwave and fridge. Very clean property and they change linens out daily.
