The property in itself is pretty decent considering the age of the buildings. The room we stayed in had a few repairs and updated appliances. Nice and welcoming landlords. This area on the outskirts of Hamilton is quite calm and peaceful.

"Nice, quiet, comfortable and pleasant !"

Room was older but EXCEPTIONALLY clean and comfortable ! Despite being on a busy main road, it was surprisingly very quiet. Owners take pride in this place and it shows ! They keep it very nice and clean, including the parking lot ! Will be back for sure !
