North Estate Kræmervegen

The apartment is ruined because of profound usage and I would recommend firing the cleaning company. We came in, two holes in the wall of what used to be a garderobe. The kitchen was not clean, no amenities, no broom, nothing to wash dishes, nothing to clean. Kitchencabinet were greasy. The toilet has a crack in it should be replaced. The shower had mold and the grout wasn’t cleaned. Same as the bathroom floors. Wanted to hang my towel up, no change as the rack is broken and just there for show. Couch also a total nightmare. It’s a shame, because the location and views are great. Price-quality is poor. Wasmachine, coffeemachine and hairdryer worked well and were clean.

The lighting was inadequate. There was no kettle. The fold out bed was uncomfortable

- Got to see the Northern Lights from the property (Highlight of the trip). - Coffee maker was nice - There was a Euro Spar and a bus stop at a walking distance from the property.

- We booked the place for 4 adults but the sleeping arrangements for the living room was really bad. The bed broke just on sitting and the sofa was abysmal. It was not meant for sleeping - it was not comfortable at all! - A mirror could be provided outside the bathroom (since there is only 1 bathroom in the property - again it was a budget place but a mirror addition could make it better) - The pillows were really bad (close to being useless) - The main bed room's bed was small (double bed?). Not sure if anything can change here.

The view from the apartment window was breathtaking.

Lovely quiet place that is easy to reach by car. Bus stop to city center, well-stocked grocery store and Europrix 2min away. Very good instructions on where to find the keys and easy access. Perfect for solo traveller or 2 people as the apartment to spacious enough. Very comfy bed.

Maybe a tea towel would be nice. Bring your own shampoo and shower gel as they are not provided. Also, had to empty the dishwasher from previous guests' stay.

Location is very close to city. Kræmer bus stop is few minutes walk. Grocery store right across the street. Spacious apartment.

The shower is not very good. Plastic shower curtain provides no sealing and water sprays outside. Hot water pipe is un-insulated so if u touch by accident it will burn. No toiletries.

Very good location, walking distance from bus-stop (bus nr 42 from the airport). In fact taxi is not necessary if you arrive to TSO till 22.00. Half an hour walk from the town center. If you want to go to one of the (two) cruise terminals - bus stops are 150 m away on both sides of the street.
