The rooms. The kitchen was amazing. The living space. The grounds. The hosts and family who owned it. The pool. The welcome package of local produce from the hosts. And the response from hosts.

There was sewer smell due to dry P-traps.

Do espaço amplo, de todos os quartos terem o seu WC, para viajar com amigos é perfeito! A visibilidade para o exterior é muito boa, para quem tem crianças é um ponto muito positivo.

A piscina podia ser um pouco maior, com tanto espaço exterior, merecia uma piscina maior :)

Tout était parfait, les propriétaires étaient au top, Isabel est une personne à l’écoute. La villa est spacieuse, nous étions 11 personnes et avions énormément de place

This property is exceptional in everyway and the hosts could not be more accommodating meeting us on arrival and being around to answer any queries. We stayed as a group of 12 Team England Dancers and parents during the 2023 Dance World Cup Braga and had the time of our lives in this amazing house and surrounding area. The photos do not do justice to the standard of this renovation and the amenities at the house. Local Taxi firm Luis Santos and his family looked after our every travelling need and we loved the walk to the gorgeous sand dunes and a drive up to the mountain sanctuary as well as sampling the delights of Braga. The local mini market allows for lovely group meals around the huge tables inside and out and Pizza Monica a short hop from the villa has and exceptionally varied menu and delicious high quality ingredients and food as well as lovely staff. The area around the villa is thoroughly unspoilt and a real gem - we will return!!

We could perhaps have done with more towels as we took a lot of showers but otherwise everything was perfect and we did only spot the washer/drier at the end of the week so probably could have washed our own.
