Saruni Homes - Quiet Affordable Stay Near JKIA Nairobi

This is a spotlessly clean and perfectly quiet home in a gated community called Baracka Estates. It's near the Nairobi airport, only 15 minutes by taxi. We arrived in Nairobi at 6am, and took an Uber to this home for 800 shillings. Wycliffe, the attentive caretaker, welcomed us on arrival, cooked us a delicious breakfast. and left us to enjoy the peace and quiet of this home -- and to catch up on our sleep. We used the wifi, which was excellent. In the evening, we left the Baraka Estate and found yummy street food in the nearby "hood." I would stay here again for an overnight or long layover in Nairobi.

Our host was wonderful and very welcoming. The house was clean, and the breakfast was great! The kitchen was fully equipped, which made our stay even more convenient. Overall, it was a lovely experience.

The host is very friendly and ensured I had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was delicious. The room is extremely clean and gives a homely feel. I will definitely come back with my family for a longer stay 😍

The clean house. Quiet location in a lovely estate. All white bedroom that felt like you're slipping into a mini paradise. Dreamy. Super comfy beds. Well equipped kitchen. Cute living room. Very courteous host, Oliver. Very kind and cheerful owner, Lillian, who went out of her way to make our short Nairobi stay super memorable. She was generous with her time, took us shopping and then dinner so we didn't have to worry about transport to go to these places. This came in extra handy since we had travelled with a very little baby. Will definitely be back and recommend to others. Such kindness can never be forgotten easily.
