Much of the information provided is inaccurate. The apartment was extremely noisy, with disturbances from both the neighbors and the main road, as the windows didn’t close properly. There was no heating, and I woke up multiple times during the night feeling very cold. The most concerning issue, however, is that the host used my booking details to post a fake review. I have already reported this to Booking.com and hope they will take appropriate action against this fraudulent behavior.

The apartment enjoys an exceptional location, with remarkable hospitality. The owner stands out for his great kindness. The mountain view is magnificent, and it takes less than 8 minutes to reach the city center. Additionally, the apartment is perfectly equipped, especially with an excellent coffee machine.

Good location. Easy walk to Medina, several convenience stores nearby. Apartment was modern and spacious. Good washing machine.

Difficult communication around check in and check out. There was a delay with check in while we waited for the host to arrange another resident in the building to bring us the key. For check out, we were asked to message on the morning to arrange giving the keys back, but the host did not reply to our messages. Bathroom not particularly clean, only one bath towel provided for two people.

I had an excellent stay at this place. Everything was perfectly clean, including the bedding, and the Smart TV and Wi-Fi were fast and reliable. The kitchen was very well equipped, there were plenty of towels. I highly recommend this place
