1/10 – Terrible experience, avoid this place! We had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with this apartment. First of all, we had to pick up the key from a completely different location. The staff member who gave us the key was extremely rude, even though we did absolutely nothing wrong. When we entered the apartment, it was completely unclean and unlivable. The bed and kitchen table were full of hair, the floors were dirty, and the bathroom was not hygienic at all. After spending less than an hour there — just enough time to take photos and videos as proof — we had no choice but to leave and book another place to stay. Despite leaving the keys on the table and informing the host, they even tried to accuse us of damaging the place, which is completely false. This was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had with a rental. I strongly advise others to read the reviews before booking — clearly, we are not the first ones who went through this. Not recommended at all. Stay away.

The entire experience was disappointing from the start. Upon arrival at the so-called "office" to pick up the key, we were forced to wait in a long queue for over an hour before we were even serviced, which was incredibly frustrating and inconvenient.

The apartment itself was a complete letdown. It was old, poorly maintained, and, worst of all, filthy. It clearly had not been properly cleaned, and it felt unhygienic to stay there. To make matters worse, we were not provided with any towels.

Nice apartment, not far from the center. It was quiet at night.
