Downtown Great Apartment

Appartement proche du centre ville dans immeuble récent bien situé. Bien équipé avec électroménager, climatisation ... avec deux chambres à coucher pour accueillir une famille confortablement pour séjour toutes durées. Une place de parking dans le garage en sous sol qui est un plus et évite de chercher une place de stationnement. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire qui était disponible et à l'écoute. Je ne peux que recommander.

Wonderful place. Very clean and comfortabe. Lovely owner. Great location, about 15 min walk from the bus station, and 10 min from the centre with many cafes. Good grocery shop just outside.

The kitchen could use some cutting boardd.

It is very close to the city centre. About 500 meter. You can flnd many restaurants such as Bonita and stores such as Ramstore.

Aparment was great, it was clean, tidy. Very good location in the new apartment block. Market is in the next builidng

There a are few thing that are easily fixible. First, when we got there it was too cold in the apartment. It was end of January. The only heating was the air conditioning which is not enough for the whole apartment, even after heating all day. There should be additional heaters for an apartment of this size and it should be warm when guest arrive. It was warm in the bed, but when you get out of it... Second, there was no hot watter when we arrived. After a long trip, you need a shower. We had to wait for hot watter. It wouldn't be a big deal, but we had plans that night and and needed hot water at that moment. We had a bad experience, although the aparment could be great with these easy fixes.
