Duplex House

Allereerst wil ik zeggen dat Claudia ons mega fijn heeft ontvangen. Door hele erge vertraging van onze vluchten kwamen we pas om half 2 aan bij de accommodatie en alsnog heeft ze ons hartelijk verwelkomd. De accommodatie was super schoon. Er stond een heel welkoms pakket op ons te wachten met ontbijt/ water ect. Alle benodigdheden waren aanwezig. Het bed lag erg comfortabel. De badkamer was erg mooi en fijn in gebruik. De tuin was adembenemend, super mooi! De locatie van de accommodatie was erg makkelijk te vinden. Claudia gaf ons handige tips voor mooie plekken rondom Palermo, dit was ook erg fijn! Kortom we hebben echt mega genoten van het verblijf en zouden zeker nog een keer terug komen. Kies vooral voor het verblijf van Claudia als je de beste ervaringen wilt hebben in Italië. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce duplex. Claudia est une hôte adorable, nous avons été très bien accueillis avec un panier de bienvenue. Claudia nous avait envoyé en amont des instructions pour trouver le logement et de nombreuses recommandations concernant des visites, restaurants, sorties. Elle s'est montrée très disponible. Le logement était très agréable, très propre, très bien équipé, la literie était très confortable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le jardin ainsi que le jacuzzi. C'était très appréciable de pouvoir petit-déjeuner au soleil sur la terrasse. Il y a possibilité de garer une voiture devant le logement et en toute sécurité grâce au portail électrique. Le logement est à une vingtaine de minutes en voiture de Palerme donc très accessible, proche de la voie rapide tout en étant dans un endroit calme et silencieux. On s'est senti comme dans une petite bulle. Notre séjour était parfait !

Totalmente equipada, tienes de todo en la cocina, incluso la propietaria nos dejó muchas cositas de desayuno y para las comidas (mermelada, leche, chocolate, pasta...) un detalle!, aire acondicionado bueno, baño bien equipado, decoración bonita, entorno muy agradable con todos los cítricos alrededor, pequeña piscina con burbujas en el jardín, parking para el coche dentro de la casa, cama muy amplia y cómoda, wifi bueno, y la propietaria fue muy amable y disponible para cualquier consejo o lo que necesitaras. Como extra, había una gatita que nos venía a visitar todos los días con sus gatitos :D

No pudimos hacer mucho uso de la zona externa porque este año había muchísimos mosquitos y no se les disuadía ni con spray antimosquitos, aunque eso no es culpa de la casa en sí. Alguno de los días no salía agua totalmente caliente en la ducha por la mañana. Pero son detalles comparado con todo lo bueno que tiene.

This Duplex is amazing! Super recommended, is confortable, have everything you need and you can relax there. Claudia is so nice and she’s always asking if you are ok or need something, she also give good recommendations to visit and eat in the city

we liked absolutely everything, a very beautiful house, hospitable and pleasant owners, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. Claudia and Paolo - Wonderful people! The territory is very well maintained and beautiful, and the house is modern and beautifully decorated.

We had a very pleasant stay in Claudia's apartment. In total we spent 6 days there. The apartment is very clean and new, as it was renovated only in August 2023. The location is great and a good starting point for excursions. In 15 min you were in Palermo or Mondello, to Scopello (Zingaro nature reserve) and Cefalu we drove 1 hour by car. There are very many shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. For a small family the apartment was ideal. We also liked the garden and the orange plantation very much. Especially when you live in a big city, you really appreciate the garden. Claudia was very helpful and always there for us. We felt very comfortable and would come again. Thank you very much!

"A beautiful location ... A newly renovated modern and comfortable cottage with everything you need for a wonderful stay, overlooking a large citrus grove. We were welcomed by Claudia who speaks English and her knowledge of Palermo was second to none.
