INININFront Desk Officers are appreciable. Cleanliness is notable.
Replenishing water bottles in room was missing and everyday I had to remind and ask for water. There was confusion on items served for dinner and billing, which I had to sort out while checking out. "Total Price" shown by booking.com is misleading because the app never mentions that the price is including GST or excluding. Top, of the Total Price shown by this App, I was charged, GST, Commission Charges and Breakfast that was included in the booking (never assume that it is complementary). The App is misleading and give surprise while checking out. Food, more varieties are not there and taste can be enhanced to give the feel of "value for money".
