I did not see any staff at all.

It's a simple place to relax away from the city, The location is inside the main road at the temple. It's very quite and peaceful. The best to acclimatize before hitting the trail of Mt. Agung. The caretaker Gusti, is very helpful to us. He can help you to find a guide, and a door to door massage after the climb. It was the best reward. He take us for a quick town tour around the temple. He offer us a ride to meet our guide uo to the trail head for free. If you guys planning to stay here, you will never get dissapointed specially with Gusti 'Smiley' haha. Will book again soon!

This is a cozy place to stay in the heart of Besakih Temple. Great location for climbing Mount Agung and visiting the temple. The host is very friendly and accommodating. He answers messages quickly and offers solutions easily I loved the kitchen space upstairs to make coffee and food.

During rainy season, the humidity is so intense in the room - nothing drys. There is little to no water pressure for hot water - cold water is okay. I took the garden view room without the patio and it had a very high number of bugs inside (ants, beetles, earwigs, etc) Given the humidity and the open concept of the room, it makes sense.

The accommodation is located just a few hundred meters from the famous temple. The staff is very friendly and willing to help with anything. The accommodation is clean and includes an excellent breakfast.

really good location for the price (5 minutes walk to the temple, 1 minute to grocery shops and restaurants). There is a common fridge on the terrace it’s really convenient for the water bottle. Coffee bags and kettle in bedrooms. You can park in front of the accomodation it’s free just be careful to bring your helmet with you. It was really clean, we had toothbrush, toothpaste as well. The guy we met was really smiling and really nice. We had good advice from him and he’s got a shop 1 minute down the street with a lot of lollies and other convenient stuff. Thanks to him for his kindness.

We booked for 3 people and when we arrived they presented us only one room with one double bed. After talking they get us another room for free. If everything was booked we might sleep all us three in only one bed? Just another mattress on the floor would have been perfect for us. The bedrooms were smelling really bad. It was hard to stay inside without the door and windows opened (even with everything opened it was still smelling). In one of the bedroom there were no sink in the bathroom. It was really noisy on the morning from 5am (neighbours).
