The place, accommodation and location are very wonderful, upscale, quiet, safe and close to the market complex, 3 km away, Table Bay Mall, 10 km away and about half an hour away from the water front. The only thing I would recommend is a brighter light in the kitchen area.

I would like to thank Ms. Rochelle for her warm welcome and hospitality. The place is worth staying in, in terms of cleanliness, the spacious rooms and lounges, and the extremely comfortable beds. Our needs were met with precision and detail, as if we were in our own home. The villa consists of five bedrooms and four bathrooms (one for the master bedroom, one for the living room, and two shared bathrooms for the three other bedrooms). The direct view of the sea at sunset is indescribable. The accommodation and the location are very safe. The place is approximately 40 km from the airport and 25-30 km from Cape Town, but I prefer it because it's far from the hustle and bustle. I highly recommend it. أود أن أشكر السيدة روشيل على حفاوة الاستقبال وحسن أخلاقها. المكان يستحق الإقامة فيه من حيث النظافة، ومساحة الغرف والصالات، والأسرة مريحة للغاية. تم تلبية احتياجاتنا بدقة وتفاصيل، وكأننا في منزلنا. تتكون الفيلا من خمس غرف نوم وأربعة حمامات (حمام لغرفة النوم الرئيسية، وحمام للصالة، وحمامين مشتركين لثلاث غرف). إطلالة البحر مباشرة عند غروب الشمس لا توصف. والمكان يبعد عن المطار تقريبا 40 كيلو وعن كيب تاون 25-30 كيلو ولكن انا افضله لانه بعيد عن الازعاج. الإقامة والمكان آمنان للغاية أنصح به بشدة.

The only thing I didn't like was unfortunately our stay was short. اللي ماعجبني شي واحد فقط للأسف انه مدة اقامتنا كانت قصيرة

الفيلا كانت كبيرة وجميلة وكل شي متوفر فيها حتى أصغر الأشيا والإطلالة رائعة والمسبح جميل وصاحبة الفيلا ودودة ومتعاونة كل شي كان رائعا

لا يوجد شي سيء بالعكس كل شيء كان رائعاً ومذهلاً وأنصحكم بالإقامة فيها

Review (23 June – 5 July 2025) We had an amazing stay at Rochelle's house! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and conveniently close to local amenities. Rochelle is a fantastic host—always just a phone call away. The rooms were spacious, the bedding fresh and clean, and the house is located right in front of the beach, which was perfect for our family of 8. We would definitely book again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay! Just be aware that if you have booked activities in capetown waterfront, its a 40 minutes drive - traffic was not that bad.

Only one heater in the house, also the heating board not heating the room properly

Amenities were awesome....every detail thought of from the very first step onto the property. They have even supplied some items that you may have forgotten such as painkillers, sanitary pads etc. The lounge has a beautiful fireplace and comfortable seating. Kitchen is well equipped. The view are beautiful, house is tastefully decorated and is probably one of the nicest homes we have visited for a holiday.

Rooms need heating, only main bedroom had heating. Would have loved a TV in all bedrooms as I generally like to wind down in bed.....not a deal breaker though.
