Very clean and nice house, lovely and well-cared garden, relatively large rooms, comfortable bed, good breakfast with a nice selection, beach is only 2 minutes by foot, free parking in the yard, very friendly and helpful owners :) The centre of Balatonfüred is also very close, maybe 10 minutes by walking.

Wifi is really weak all over the house, both the signal and the speed. Definitely impossible to use in case you want to work in the house. Owner shall be able to improve it simply & cheap, hope they will deal with it soon.

I was there in the pre-season, so no breakfast was available, but this was not a problem. Location is great, silent, the view from the balcony is also nice. It is in a silent part of the town, but very close tot he lake, so it was a pleasure. The host is very friendly, really looking after you to help.

The only thing that was a bit disturbing is the air-conditioner sound, but it was in the heating mode, so I know that is a different setup, I am sure it is silent during the summer.
