Die großzügige, elegante und helle Wohnung wurde stilvoll renoviert und mit sehr viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem Ambiente. Die Küche enthält alles was man braucht, sogar einen Hahn mit trinkbarem Wasser. Die Wohnung liegt zentral im Geschäftsviertel und damit perfekt für Unternehmungen.

Sehr gute Lage direkt an der Avenue Mohammed V. Gute Raumaufteilung. Durch gute Schallisolation war der Verkehrslärm bei geschlossenen Fensern kein Problem. Schöne Sicht vom Balkon. Der Wasserfilter erspart den Kauf vieler Flaschen.

Leider ist ein Teil der Einrichtung schon recht abgenützt und die Wohnung war zumindest bei unserem Aufenthalt nicht gut gereinigt. Die vier Stockwerke ohne Aufzug können schon für macnhe Leute eine Herusforderung sein.

Soufian und Brahim waren stets erreichbar und haben einen super Service geleistet. Sehr unkomplizierte Übernahme des Apartments. Die Lage ist absolut genial und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Appartement ist sehr sauber und das Bett war sehr bequem. Im Appartement ist alles verfügbar was man benötigt. Es gibt auch sehr gute Frühstückscafes direkt unten am Hauseingang und auch im Umkreis von 200 Metern eine große Auswahl an Cafés und Restaurants. Ebenfalls gibt es eine hauseigene Tiefgarage mit Wachpersonal und die Gebühr ist auch in Ordnung für diese Lage. Wir reisten mit dem Motorrad an und haben die Tiefgarage dankend angenommen. The apartment is on the top floor, with a balcony facing the boulevard, and with a back balcony, where the washing machine and the space for drying clothes is located. The apartment is spacious, well-lit, with modern appliances, and clean. There is no elevator but we were informed about it in advance and it was not a surprise. The hosts met us outside, escorted to the apartment, were in touch throughout the stay. The apartment is located within 5 minute walk to medina and other historic locations, lots of places to eat nearby. The ocean shore is about 15-20 minutes of walking.

Bathroom fixtures are a bit tired, and the water pressure is not great but not terrible. A separate note, unrelated to the apartment itself - if you drive, note that parking around is near impossible as all car are tightly packed, and some random people demand payments even if the parking itself is free. The hosts offer secure parking in the apartment complex for 5 EUR/day, which we ended up using, and which is much better than finding spaces on the street and dealing with the beggars.

L'appartamento era al secondo piano con scale non molto comode. La struttura era in condizioni mediocri. La tazza del wc aveva la tavoletta rotta e il copritavoletta appoggiato a fianco della tazza. Uno degli asciugamani era vecchio e slabbrato ai lati
