Posizione pulizia... Appartamento grandissimo

L'appartamento era grande, con due stanze e due bagni quindi adatto a gruppi o famiglie numerose, tutto sommato aveva l'indispensabile. Il punto era molto buono poiché Sliema è piena di locali ma senza lattosio confusione di altre zone, l'appartamento era vicino al lungomare e alle fermate di autobus.

Purtroppo la pulizia lasciava a desiderare, tende, le finestre il tavolo della cucina e in alcuni punti il bagno erano davvero sporchi. Il proprietario è stato disponibile a cambiarci gli asciugamani ma purtroppo non mi sento di consigliarlo per l'igiene.

The apartment is huge with all conveniences. It is located on a quiet street, very close to Torri bus stop (3 min walk). There are supermarkets nearby working till 11 p.m. in the evening. The owner of the apartment was so kind to accept our luggage before the time of check-in. The communication with him was also easy. I highly recommend this place. Thank you, Edward!

It was a spacious, modern looking and comfortable flat. Lots of amenities and kept clean.

We arrived at the apartment and encountered a loud noise in one of the bedrooms from a broken water pump. The owner encouraged us to stay for a night, stating the noise would settle but would offer a refund for the remaining 6 nights. The noise never settled and we had to sleep in one bedroom with our son. There was also traffic noise overnight heard from the bedroom. We left the next morning. The communication afterwards was terrible and the owner offered a refund but it was much less than the expected amount. We were given roughly €587 back from €875 which meant it ended up €288 for one night! Within this we had also been charged a cleaning fee of €85 for one night and the owner also charged booking.com's commission (which is usually paid by the owner) onto us. This was confirmed by booking.com. I was back and forth to booking.com customer service to sort this out myself. I expect that if the water pump was fixed it could potentially be a nice stay.
