Villa Adilea

It is same as it shown in the pics and very clean. Outstanding place and view.

It is bit find this place especially when ur trying to check in night time, but it is worth it.

The villa provided a fantastic stay. It was very spacious, cleaned daily, and had incredibly friendly staff. During my stay, I got Bali Belly, and the manager went above and beyond to help me, even late at night. Highly recommended!

Villa has nice surroundings.

Host was terrible. He doesn’t understand what privacy is and how to deal with customers. The electricity went out more that 20 times during our stay.

The villa is light with many windows and has great views on the rice paddies. Lovely pool and very comfortable beds. The kitchen area is nice too, convenient and nice large dinner table. It’s an open space together with the living room. Nice layout! Large bedrooms with each their own bathroom.

Welcome was a bit rushed and did feel a bit awkward, not personal. We had the idea that this villa is one of many out of a portfolio managed by a rental agency and missing the personal touch. Not clean; lot of dust and an unpleasant smell in the living room. Shower in master bedroom was not working properly. Dirty upholstery on sofas and also the chairs/beds around the pool. Some kitchen tools were missing. We also noticed that the cleaning person did not have the right tools to work with; very much outdated and dirty. Most likely a case of not wanting to spend the right amount money on the important staff members / underpaying the cleaning staff. We also missed some personal touch in the interior design; it felt a bit unperdibal and “cold”. Not any Bali touch or feel to it. As if it could have been anywhere except for the view on the rice paddies. We were asked to leave before the standard checkout time because of a lack of cleaning staff due to Nyepi (Balinese new year / silent day). Did not feel very hospitable and all together we felt that the price - quality was not good (overpriced). Also important to note that the road to the villa is really very poor (as pointed out by other reviews) and doesn’t suit the quality of the villas that are built around the same area and all using this poor road. We had quite a lot of rain (rainy season) and the road became even worse with sliding danger. We don’t understand why people invest good money in their villas but not the road to get to them. We would not recommend this villa to anyone unless it gets some serious love, care & attention with updates/repairs & renewal.

The pool was awesome! It was great to come back from our daily excursions in Ubud and relax with a swim in the pool! The place was very nice, with every room having a view of the pool! The dining and living area had views of a rice field! Though it is in the city the place felt very secluded. We would highly recommend it to anyone staying in Ubud!

It is about a 15 minute ride to the city center though it didn't bother us. We usually did an excursion and would come back and just enjoy the villa. We would order food and have it delivered via the Grab app. The place is a little hard to find so we took a picture of our location on Google Maps and everyone found it easily. It worked perfectly for us. The place is near a poor part of the city, like a lot of Bali, but crime is not a concern in Bali and was not a concern for us either.

Everything, the pictures don't to justice. Great rear view to the rice paddy with location not too far from cafes and restos. The staffs were amazing and the villa very clean and well maintained. Definitely recommend this villa!!!

The only suggestion I could make is improve the entrance of the road leading to few villas including Villa Adilea, there was a dipp coming out of the lane and it kept scrapping the bottom of our car.
