Zona de spa este foarte ok precum si personalul de la spa

Hotelul este deja in nevoie de o renovare, camerele numai sunt la inaltime, Seara in receptie era o singura persoana care nu facea fata tuturor taskurilor.

"We enjoyed Sibiu, but the accommodation was disappointing"

The location of the property is remote, but green. The breakfast offered was good, quite a lot of options to choose from.

The first room we got, had ants crawling over the carpet. We insisted in getting a new room. The new room we got, had dirt stains, stale smell and mold in the bathroom. The jacuzzi wasn't working ("issues with the filtering pump"), and the pool water was very cold.

"S-ar fi putut mai bine"

Micul de jun a fost o experienta dezamagitoare, Este extrem de nepoliticos sa lasi mancarea la vedere dar sa iei clestii pt servire. Asa ceva nu se intampla nici la 2 stele, sa lasi mancarea pe masa dar sa iei lingura. Si in nici un alt HIlton din europa nu esti dat afara de la masa in felul asta As fi acordat nota 1 dar situatia a salvata de ospatarul asiatic al carui comportament -evident mai orientat catre client si servicii decat ai nostrii-a fost exemplar in situatia data,

Salteaua a fost incomoda, cu acea adancitura formata in timp. probabil ca nu au fost nici macar intoarsa de ceva vreme. Lautari in holul hotelui la 10 dimineata....Nu exista spatiu verde sau tersasa aferenta hotelului, in gradina din spate, multe acareturi si atat, fara un loc in aer liber pt oaspetii hotelului.

"Exceptional"

The hotel is nice, staff is friendly and the room was very spacious and had a comfortable bed. Even though some of the spa facilities weren’t functional, we still enjoyed the rest of them.
