1. Take care with the location. There are two different locations showed in booking.com. So i had to ask, which one is the right one. 2. Host asked for my WhatsApp contact (for sharing the location) called several times, but wasn't at the apartment. I had to send the money via mpesa... Luckely i had a account. 3. I asked previously if i can leave one luggage at the reception. They said yes. When i arrived it was not possible. One security helped me get my luggage upstairs. Next morning i had to do it on my own... Instead of helping me, insisted of giving the key back before i even had all my luggage out... 4. They took the waterbottle out of the Filtersystem when i arrived... 5. The bathroom was quite dirty. Black spots everywhere, especially in the sink and toilet. The shower had open cables (for heating system?) which where not secured well. 6. Did have problems to find out how to turn on warm water... 7. Had a powercut from night on... Si also no warm shower or light in the morning. Powercut only in the apartment, not the whole building. 8. The flat seems to be quite new but not taken care well. They even left the shop-stuckers on all the shelf doors. 9. The host reminded me to review. I ignored it. So i was contacted again through WhatsApp some days later. That is for me a hard overstepping.
