Facilities fantastic,location great and Joao was very helpful. Thankyou Joao we would definitely come again and sad to leave .

Mottagelse. Romløsning. Vi var 6 voksne. Fungerte flott. Godt også med oppvaskemaskin, vaskemaskin og tørketrommel. Flott med butikk like over gaten og kort vei til 1 klasses supermarked. Pingo Duce.

Sengene var for harde.

Great location, near the beaches at Cascais (10-15 walk, or 5 min drive), and Guincho (15 min drive). Close to Sintra and the various castles/palaces, shopping and Lisbon. Parking is free street parking outside. Kitchen was reasonably usable with plenty of pots, pans, etc.

When we arrived, we found that one of the bedrooms had an awful smell of damp and apparently, the owners had just done some work to remedy water ingress from the floor above. The room was not liveable and therefore we had only 2 bedrooms instead of 3 and one of my sons had to sleep on the couch for the duration of the property. The property owners promised to refund one night out of four for our stay. We protested that this wasn’t enough compensation, they then rescinded any compensation at all. Booking.com wouldn’t refund us any amount because they had already paid the property. The managing agent then ghosted me completely. Aside from this: • Beware that on windy nights, the shutters flap so loud that you can’t sleep in one of the bedrooms • The barbecue on the patio isn’t properly anchored and will travel loudly across the balcony in strong winds (even at night) • There is a tumble dryer in the kitchen, but they owners haven’t bothered to duct it properly, so you have to open the window and stick the duct out the window. Which then allows flies to come in, especially on days when you’re out. • The property does not provide any shower gel/shampoo “for safety reasons” - a bit unusual for all the holiday apartments we stayed at. • Given the water ingress issue, there is evidence of water damage in the property on the bathroom cabinets. • Neighbours can be noisy in the evenings - there were some neighbours talking late into the night.

Wunderschönes Apartment in der obersten Etage eines gepflegten Mehrfamilienhauses in sehr guter Lage von Cascais. Die Wohnung ist im typisch portugiesischen Stil ausgestattet und gut möbliert. Am Wohnzimmer ein schöner kleiner Balkon mit Blick zum Meer, oben zwei richtig große Dachterrassen bestückt mit schönen Loungemöbeln und auf der anderen Seite einem großen Esstisch und Stühlen, auch ein großer Gasgrill ist vorhanden. Ein kleiner Spar-Supermarkt gegenüber und die Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Joao hat uns freundlich empfangen und war jederzeit ansprechbar.
