Sriyan Boutique Villa

Tolle Villa, liegt in einem wunderschönen Garten. Hier findet man Ruhe und Entspannung. Zum Strand führt eine kleine Straße entlang von Häusern und Gärten. Es ist ein sehr gemütlicher Weg, der ein bisschen Schatten spendet. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam besonders hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist lecker und abwechslungsreich. Alles in allem: ein perfekter Ort für alle die etwas besonderes, individuelles und doch einfaches möchten.

Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hat uns einige Tipps gegeben. Die Unterkunft war sauber. Die Air Condition hat super funktioniert. Der Garten ist sehr idyllischen und ruhig. Das Frühstück, Mittagessen und Abendessen wurde von seiner Frau zubereitet und liebevoll serviert. War sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wieder kommen.

De gastheer is geweldig. Hij staat altijd voor je klaar en brengt je overal heen. De regelneef die weet hoe hij zijn gasten moeten ontvangen.

The property has nice green area in front of the house. Friendly owner. It was ok with the sound from road -I could hear it, but not extremely loud. My favourite beautiful beach is 15 mins by feet, possible to swim-no waves( which is rare on SriLanka)

The main thing is that the owner has 2 houses and they are different. One ( which we got) is extremely small and not what we supposed to get according to pictures and description from booking. But we had only one night booked (we were lucky:) so that we stayed. Owner was pretending that he isn’t aware of that mistake on booking. The other guests from the house we “booked“ told us that it’s regular story -because they had long term stay and could observe each arrival drama about “ mistaken reservation “. So get ready to be cheated SriLankan way :) I think it was the worst stay during all our one month trip around Sri Lanka. Awful, crazy uncomfortable bed-metal springs dig into the body-impossible to sleep. Next to the house is the river-so that get ready to mosquitoes. Next to the house is some massage table storage -dusty, dirty. Fridge was dirty. Oh! It was also impressive loud and noisy run competition of squirrels and cat trying to catch them-next morning some dust, stones were all around the floor fallen from the roof at night.

We stayed 4 night in this villa and our stay was more than fantastic!!! The host Shameera is such a great and wonderful guy. The villa is located in a very green garden with a lot of space around the building. You can sit on the veranda and look for hours only in the garden and you will see real nature with different flowers, trees, animals etc. It was so relaxing!! :-) The breakfast is served by the host every morning on the veranda outside and it contains day by day different local specialties with a wonderful taste. Also his hints, what to to in the surroundings and possible activities are great and useful. Thank you once again for hosting us in your small escape from normal life, Shameera. nothing, everything was more than great.

Located close to the beach, the homestay is very welcoming and has a beautiful garden where one can sit and relax. The rooms were clear, equipped with kettle and fridge and very comfortable. Would highly recommend the place. The host is very helpful and prepared a very good breakfast for.us.

Good sized room close proximity to beach. Wonderful, serene gardens, beautifully planted, alongside the river. Natural, sympathetic decor felt really comfortable. Very welcoming, relaxed, laid-back host. Fan in room. Excellent breakfast. Kettle in the kitchen. Really comfortable bed and bed linen made for a good night's sleep.

Property was quite dirty, particularly small kitchen area and bathroom. Dirty floor in kitchen, we had to clean the fridge before we could put our water etc in there. Grubby door and handles. There was a little hob in the kitchen but no pans, I looked in cupboards in kitchen and closed them again quickly - very dirty! Out of date and empty toiletries left in bathroom by previous guests - all went in the bin. Mosquitoes were the worst! as next to river!

The host and the facilities included were something that exceeded the expectations. the interior of the room felt very homely and comfortable. Highly reccomended for any solo traveller or to a person on business trips.

Nothing that i could think of. would have been better to have clarity on the expected arrival and the exit.
