"Pretty rude and bad owners, not recommended if you are looking for bad surprises."

It is close to central station.

During our stay water pipe broke and it flooded into te room (over 2 cm). We couldn't contact to the property owner over 1 hour so we called authorities, firemans come and closed the main valve of the apartment. Then owner came and took us to another hotel nearby around 2am in the night, and he promised us for the refund due to the circumstances. And now he refuses.
