Only the beds.

Rooms weren't ready till 2:30pm and after assigning them, one room was already taken by another family so more delay. Ordered lunch from room service, very disappointing food given the charges they're taking. Rooms were smelling of sewage, maybe because of the air conditioning and no maintenance. Rooms not sound proof at all. Got to know at the checkout that we have to pay additional for a kids bed, given that they charged already for a group of 4 adults and 1 kid.

Just the location

The staff was very rude. The food was too expensive given the quality and the quantity. It's not at all a 4 star restaurant. Their bathrooms stinks, i would never go again here. They didnt even keep my room ready - bathrooms had no towels and no toiletaries. They won't answer to the call made from the room and even if they answer, they failed the delivery the items that we ordered. Very poor management.
