Le parking, la situation vis a vis de la plage et de l'aéroport, la sécurisation avec garde a l'entrée du lotissement. La rénovation des salles de bain prévue dans l'année apportera un plus supplémentaire pour les mettre au niveau de celle de l'appartement "petit cove"

Peut etre une rénovation d'ensemble en apportant plus de luminosité

Meernähe, Ruhe, viel Platz , Meerblick , Umgebung,

Das Beet war für 2 Personen etwas zu klein; ein Liegestuhl auf der Terrasse wäre schön gewesen. Total vertrocknete Pflanzen sind keine Zierde.
