Ruckas muiža

Ubytování je umístěno v klidném parku, trošku dál od centra města. Pokoje jsou zařízené v zámeckém stylu, což zanechává pocit luxusu. Personál je velmi příjemný a komunikativní. V přízemí je kvalitní italská restaurace, které jsme využili, ale jejíž provoz nás nerušil. Společná sociální zařízení jsou čistá a v dostatečném počtu. Hostel nabízí také společné prostory, krásně zařízenou zimní zahradu pro klidné posezení.

Do našeho pokoje pronikal v noci hluk od sousedů, což ale bylo možné vyřešit domluvou.

It could really be an amazing place. The old building is lovely.

The showers need a place to mount the sprayers so they don't soak the entire floor and spray everywhere. And an alarm went off at around 7:30 that was horrible and abruptly ended my sleep. There isn't anything available in the morning other than coffee. Even some tea and fruit at a table in the library would be a huge step up since it's set back on the v estate and you can't just walk next door to a cafe (and with the entire town generally closing up early, having a few items for purchase on the property would be a blessing). Also, the restaurant was lovely, but it closes too early (8pm) and by 5pm was out of multiple dishes - I had to order my 3rd choice and the others (ragu and soup) could easily have some frozen food busy days.
