No heat in room on cool weather

The view was breathtaking

SCAM!!!!!!!! Love the fact that the ceiling has an obvious water leak leaving debris on the floor daily. It pairs so well with the musty and moldy smells provided at no extra charge. The paint splatter on the floor shows that one of a kind type of effort that goes into the maintenance of this property. My favorite was the shaky unsecured electrical plugs in the wall, one missing a plate covering so hopefully anyone who uses it doesn't slip with their fingers and get a shocking surprise. Another amazing factor about this place is how well you get to know the people you're staying with due to the inability to close the bathroom door. It will close to a degree but not actually shut due to a swelling of the wood or perhaps it was incorrectly sized for the door frame. As any rate what a great way to get to know one another inside and out. The shower water pressure was out of this world.... quite literally, like where was it? If you like sitting in a slow drizzle as if you're in a light rain then this is the shower for you. On top of that the heat doesn't work in 30 degree temperatures. So if you're training to survive in artic winter conditions then you have found your second home!

SCAM!!!!!!! I had booked a room, unit #421 at the Ocean Breeze for the duration of 12 days. Upon my arrival into the unit I quickly noticed the heat wasn't working as the area was experiencing low temperatures. I messaged the contact number I was given right away. In a round about way they basically told me the problem would be corrected. I thanked them and left the unit for the day. Upon returning to the unit later that evening the heat was still not working. I messaged yet again and didn't receive a response. Upon waking up in the morning with a temperature barley above freezing at 37 degrees I could actually see my breath in the air. At this point I called the number and it went straight to voice mail. I then contacted booking.com who also attempted to contact the number and they were also ignored. By that afternoon I had to set up other accommodations as I had not heard anything from anyone as to the progress of this alleged "fixing" of the heat. That evening my messages were finally returned a full 20 hours later since the last contact saying they sent someone to my room to correct the problem. I was out to dinner at the time and the person accused me of being a liar about the temperature issue because "how do I say it is cold if I'm not even in the unit". I had no idea at the time that I had rented a prison cell and I was under the impression that I was allowed to come and go as I please. I was told the heat was now working but I made them aware I had made other arrangements for the meantime. Again I got delusional and negative replies. I Checked for heat on day 3 and the heat was still not working. Went back to the unit for the last time to drop off parking pass and key on day 4 and the heat was still not working. Contacted booking.com in regards to the issue and they told me my contact said it was fixed and they seemed to be taking his word for it. Requested a refund from both parties but neither have come through. SCAM 100%%
