Appartamento molto ben posizionato, accogliente e con un terrazzo molto sfruttabile e piacevole.

Struttura datata e il bagno sicuramente da ristrutturare, doccia in vasca con una vecchia tenda logora.

Nádherná poloha v zahradě, od moře tak 200 m, ale ne ke koupání, byly tam ukotvené lodě. Pláž asi 15 min. pěšky. Hned vedle byl i vláček, který na pláže rozvážel (za poplatek).

Vedle byl lunapark, ale v 22:00 zhasl světla, končil tak v 22:30. Všude čisto, ale starý nábytek. Tomu i odpovídala cena. Levné ubytování na kouzelném místě, ale vše by potřebovalo rekonstrukci. Wifi nefungovala.

Dobra lokacija blizu centra Umaga,peš razdalja do plaže, dogajanja na stadionu... Prijazna gostiteljica.

Velik apartma z dvema spalnicama, kuhinja, dnevna soba, kopalnica in super terasa, ki je zjutraj v senci, zvecer pa tudi prijetno pihlja. Pogled na marino Umag. Nekaj hrupa je iz zabaviscnega parka zraven, ampak se po 23h umiri. Ni bilo motece. Apartma je star, ampak cist in funkcionalen. Je le nekaj korakov oddaljen od marine in zelo blizu mestu in rivi.
