King apartments Kopaonik

I do not recommend this apartment. The host cancelled the reservation only two days before our arrival without prior notice. The stated reason was refurbishment of a wall allegedly damaged by previous guests. However, the property had accepted the reservation under a non-refundable policy. When we asked for assistance in finding alternative accommodation due to the inconvenience, we haven't received any response. This last-minute and unprofessional cancellation caused significant disruption to our travel plans. The case will be reported to Booking.com.

The room is very nice, very clean and cozy and has everything one needs. Also there is a Spa in the hotel, that looks very nice, with a lovely view to the mountains. This can be accessed with extra cost. The location is very good, 10 minutes away from the Ski Resort Kopaonik, in a beautifull location. Here there are also some markets, near the location, which was also very good. We enjoyed staying here. Thank you.

The stove didn't work, this was the only inconvenient. The host offered to send someone to check it, but we were not at the location at that time and they didn't enter the room in our absence(which was good) .

Property owner was servile and ready to compromise regarding check in and check out. We maximized our stay of two nights and three days of skiing. Thanks 😀

Perhaps some additional dishes would be good to have if 4 persons is in the apartment for more than 3 days.
